[01] Engagement Scope & Eligibility

QTI Systems provides specialized sovereign computing architectures, hardware-enforced isolation, and post-quantum cryptographic engineering exclusively for authorized government bodies, sovereign entities, defense contractors, and verified operators of national critical infrastructure across the Asia-Pacific region.

Submission of an inquiry through this interface constitutes a preliminary request for verification and does not establish a contractual binding commitment or service level agreement until formal bilateral vetting and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed.

[02] Unclassified Portal Notice

This web gateway is designated as an Unclassified Public Interface. Users are strictly prohibited from submitting:

• National security secrets or classified tactical documentation.
• Restricted cryptographic source code, proprietary algorithms, or private key material.
• Confidential operational network diagrams of critical infrastructure.

[03] Intellectual Property & Sovereign Code

All architectural frameworks, ML-KEM cryptographic key structures, kernel monitoring methodologies, and sovereign LLM deployment blueprints referenced across this platform are the intellectual property of QTI Systems and protected under international copyright, defense trade regulations, and sovereign technology export controls.

[04] Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
